Sharina Westland

Sharina Westland has a diverse work experience spanning from 2011 to the present. Sharina started their career at Albert Heijn, where they worked as a Team Leader for four years. In 2015, they interned and then worked as an HR Assistant at Nestlé Nespresso, where they supported various HR projects and conducted research in competence management. From 2016 to 2017, they served as an HR Officer at CBRE Nederland, providing HR support and advice to employees and management. In 2017, they began their journey at Rvdb, first as an HR Interim Professional and later as a People & Culture Consultant. At Rvdb, they worked on developing their professional skills and fulfilled interim assignments for clients in different industries. Sharina also worked as a Career Development Advisor at VIVAT, where they focused on learning and development, onboarding, and performance management. Sharina also gained experience as an HR Business Partner at Yokogawa and as an HR Project Lead at Omroep Gelderland.

Sharina Westland earned their Bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology from Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen (HAN) from 2012 to 2016.
