Maha Khoury has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Maha began their career in the hospitality industry, working as a Reservations Officer at Portemilio Hotel and Resort from 2003 to 2005 and as a Front Desk Officer at Holiday Inn from 2000 to 2001.

Maha Khoury obtained their B.A degree in Hotel Management and Tourism from Notre Dame University - Louaize (NDU) from 1998 to 2002. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications throughout their career, including being an OKR Certified Coach from the Expert in the Outcome Mindset Method in December 2021.
