Ron R.

Ron R. has extensive work experience in various roles related to process improvement, operations excellence, and performance improvement. Ron currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at The Healthy Place since June 2019. Prior to this, Ron held the position of Vice President of Process Improvement at RV Healthcare Solutions from May 2018. Ron also served as the Associate VP Department of Operations Excellence at Baylor Scott & White Health from June 2015 to February 2018. Before that, Ron worked as the Senior Director of Performance Improvement at Baptist Health - Central Alabama from May 2012 to March 2015. Ron also had a role as a Senior Director at Merck from April 2011 to June 2012. Ron had earlier experience as a Senior Consultant (Coach) at RWD - LeanTransformation Solutions from July 2009 to April 2011. Ron began their career at Toyota Motor Mfg. Ky in February 1988 and worked there for over 16 years in various manufacturing operations roles, focused on the Toyota Production System "Lean".
