Eva Douglass

Eva Douglass is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at RVNAhealth since January 2023. Previously, Douglass worked at Green Chimneys from June 2018 to January 2023, initially as a Recruitment Specialist and later as an Admissions Associate, where responsibilities included coordinating hiring processes and overseeing program tours. Prior to these roles, Douglass was the Health Homes Program Supervisor and Shelter and Community Case Manager at Green Chimneys. Douglass holds a Master of Science in Human Services from Walden University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Western Connecticut State University.
