Frances Krulac

Frances Krulac, PHR, currently serves as the Senior Director and Head of People Experience at RVO Health, a multibillion-dollar company focused on improving health and wellbeing through a diverse portfolio of industry-leading assets. Frances has held various HR roles at Elliott Davis, including Director of People Experience and HR Business Partnerships, as well as Senior HR Business Partner. Prior experience includes positions as HR Manager at Insight Global and HR Supervisor at HTC, along with earlier roles in HR coordination and business operations. Frances earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of South Carolina.
