David Hickman

David Hickman, MBA, currently serves as Plant Manager at RW Garcia since March 2020. Previously, David held the Plant Manager position at SOFIDEL AMERICA, where efforts focused on streamlining tissue converting and warehousing operations. As Tissue Converting Project and Operations Manager at Resolute Forest Products, David led a successful capital expansion project while managing a team of 70 professionals. Additional experience includes roles as Converting Manager at Soundview Paper, Process Leader at MillerCoors, and various positions at Kimberly-Clark, where David consistently improved operational performance metrics. David holds an MBA with a focus on Management and Operations from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Iowa State University.
