Chris McCargar

Chris McCargar currently serves as Chief Information Officer at RW Thrive since June 2025. Prior to this role, Chris held the position of Director of Information Technology and CISO at AWT Labels & Packaging, where a formal IT organization was established along with a digital transformation strategy aligned with business goals. Experience also includes leading a technology consulting practice at Optiv Inc, with a focus on identity and access management for Fortune 500 clients, and directing IT infrastructure and operations at US LBM during significant mergers and acquisitions. Earlier, at Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions, a structured IT organization was built alongside formalized service management and enterprise IT strategies. Chris has a degree in General Studies from North Hennepin Community College.
