Ian Houts

Ian Houts is an economist with experience in conducting fiscal incidence analysis for various organizations such as Rwanda Social Security Board, Global Development Network, and The World Bank. Ian has also worked as a program leader for a non-profit organization and has a background in Development Economics and Policy with a Master's degree from The University of Manchester.
