Lyndel Hurley

Lyndel Hurley has over 40 years of work experience in the human resources field. Lyndel began their career in 1979 as a Region Business Manager at CDI Corporation. In 1984, they joined HP-EDS as an HR Business Partner. Lyndel then moved to Perot Systems in 1989 as a Staffing Manager. In 1990, they became the Director of Staffing, ER and Compensation at Trammell Crow Company-Dallas Market Center Partnership. In 1994, they took on the role of Staffing Manager at Memorex Telex and Director of Human Resources at Colehur, Ltd, where they were responsible for HR and operations management of multi-unit entities. In 2006, they joined an executive search firm as a Senior Account Manager. Finally, in 2012, they became a Global Executive Search Consultant at Sterling Eaglerock, Inc., where they were responsible for account development, client management, sourcing, and the complete recruiting life cycle. Currently, they are the Human Resource Manager for North America at RWDC Industries.

Lyndel Hurley received a BA in Political Science & Business from Harding University and graduated from Lincoln Community High School.
