Ender Ozkan

Ender Ozkan is a highly experienced professional in the field of wind engineering and environmental consulting, currently serving as Vice President in Charge of the Europe Region and Principal at RWDI since October 2013. Responsibilities include overseeing the UK Office and servicing clients across Europe, the Middle East, and Central Asia, with expertise in environmental design aspects such as wind effects on structures and natural ventilation. Ozkan has held roles as UK-EU Regional Manager and Technical Director, overseeing diverse projects related to tall buildings, bridges, and stadia. Previously, Ender Ozkan served as a Tall Buildings Expert Panel Member at New London Architecture and worked as an Associate Wind Engineer at Arup. Academic credentials include a PhD and MSc in Wind Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University, along with a BS in Civil Engineering from Middle East Technical University.
