Hetal Kumar

Hetal Kumar is a highly experienced professional currently serving as the Regional Manager in the Practice Enhancement Department at RWJBarnabas Health since December 2023. Previously, Hetal held the position of Lead Clinical Information Manager at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Rahway, where responsibilities included formulating accurate medical documentation and enhancing clinician efficiency. Before that, Hetal worked as a Research Assistant at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, conducting significant research on the gut immune system's interaction with commensal bacteria in relation to Central Nervous System autoimmune diseases. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Cell Biology and Neuroscience from Rutgers University–New Brunswick and a high school diploma from Saint Joseph High School in Metuchen, NJ.
