Anca Stoian

Anca Stoian is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and translation services. Currently serving as a Customer Experience Professional at RWS Group since January 2015, Anca focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction for freelance translators using Trados. Prior to this role, Anca held the position of Senior Inside Sales Representative at SDL PLC before its acquisition by RWS in 2020. Anca also works as an authorized translator, collaborating with various clients since 2008. Previous roles include customer care at Sykes, administrative support at SC JOLIDON IMPORT EXPORT SRL, and participation in a PHARE project promoting gender equality. Anca holds degrees from University Babes-Bolyai and Ovidius University, along with a strong background in foreign languages from George Calinescu High School.
