Rajendren (Mike) Raman has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Rajendren (Mike) started their career as an Executive at Malayan Banking Limited, Malaysia, where they were responsible for the recovery of doubtful and difficult credit card accounts. Rajendren (Mike) earned high performance awards for establishing a standard legal recovery letter and implementing a standard legal fees scale.

Later, Rajendren worked as a Senior Executive, focusing on developing new business and building strategic relationships with fund management companies. Rajendren (Mike) also presented unit trust schemes to branches and submitted end-financing papers for management approval.

At IICS Operations Pty Ltd in Malaysia, Rajendren served as a Business Analyst, leading a team in supporting a vendor bidding for an Islamic Bank Operations outsourcing project. Rajendren (Mike) also established virtual assistance in an outsourced model to support foreign entities.

Rajendren joined Polysius Australia Pty Ltd as an SAP System Tester, where they tested the SAP Financial Accounting System and developed content management for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and sales & distribution. Rajendren (Mike) also worked on the creation of vendor numbers, cost centers, and general ledger accounts.

Following this, Rajendren served as an Administrator & Purchasing Officer at Visy Board Pty Ltd, specializing in the SAP system. Rajendren (Mike) managed purchasing operations and played a key role in the administration of the company.

Currently, Rajendren is working as a Sales Support Officer & Agency Attendant at Racing & Wagering WA (RWWA). Their role involves providing support to sales activities and ensuring smooth operation of agency services.

Rajendren (Mike) Raman began their education in 2005 at the University of Sunshine Coast in Australia, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Management. Rajendren (Mike) successfully completed their studies in 2007. Later on, in 2010, they attended Phoenix Business College in Australia and obtained a Diploma in Accounting. Thus, Rajendren (Mike) Raman holds an MBA in Business Management from the University of Sunshine Coast and a Diploma in Accounting from Phoenix Business College.
