Rich Gaul

Rich Gaul is an experienced professional serving as Vice President of Business Operations at Rx Savings Solutions since June 2018, with prior roles including Director of Client Success and Client Success Manager. Previously, Rich held various positions at Hyland from October 2011 to June 2018, including Solution Architect, Project Manager, Manager of Professional Services, and Sr. Consultant. In these roles, Rich provided solution expertise, project leadership, and quality assurance across different sectors. Rich began a career as a Fire Claims Adjuster at State Farm Insurance and supported research computing at the Iowa Institute of Hydraulic Research. Rich earned dual Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Marketing and Finance from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business in 2010.
