Kris Ardolino

Kris Ardolino has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In the early days of their career, they worked as a Drummer/Producer in their own company. In 1994, they became a Regional Project Manager at General Fiber Communications, overseeing facilities management, staffing, training, administration, and customer service for Comcast Cable of Maryland. From 2003 to 2008, Kris worked as a Technical Operations Supervisor at Time Warner Cable/Comcast Cable, where they managed a team of technicians and handled daily operations, including sales, service, and installation. Starting in 2008, they transitioned into the security industry, taking on roles such as Project Manager at Chubb Fire & Security and Manager of Security at Firetrol Protection Systems, Inc. In these positions, they were responsible for project execution, profitability, resource tracking, and team leadership. From 2011 to 2012, Kris worked as an Operations Manager at Chubb Security, focusing on project planning, profit and loss, and team management. In 2012, they became an Operations Manager at Argyle Security Inc, where they continued to lead teams and ensure project success. Most recently, Kris Ardolino has held roles at BryComm, LLC and Rx Technology, serving as a Manager of Security and Director of Low Voltage Technologies, respectively.
