Kristen Berntsen currently serves as a Brand Strategy Coordinator at RX3 Growth Partners, focusing on the growth of consumer brands. Previous experience includes roles as an AWS Business Development Leader and SAP Alliance Sales Leader at IBM, where Kristen was recognized in the 2022 Hundred Percent Club for outstanding performance. Additional positions include Value-Add Intern at Global Women in VC, member of seed stage, and various leadership roles within Alpha Kappa Psi, including Director of Risk Management. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of South Carolina, with concentrations in Finance and Marketing, and has furthered education at The Wharton School.
