Abbey Dienes

Abbey Dienes is the current Head of People & Transformation at RXA. Abbey has over thirteen years of experience in Human Resources and management. Abbey started their career in 2002 as the Detroit Branch Manager at Nations Title Agency. In this role, they were responsible for customer maintenance, scheduling closings, preparing closing documents, and closing and funding refinance and purchase transactions. Abbey was also responsible for the career development of the staff, conducting performance evaluations, and counseling employees on their career goals. In 2009, they transitioned to Stout, where they served as Human Resources Senior Manager for twelve years. In this role, Abbey was responsible for all aspects of human resources for the company, including recruiting, onboarding, training, development, benefits, and employee relations. In 2021, Abbey took on their current role at RXA, where they are responsible for leading the company's people strategy and transformation initiatives.

Abbey Dienes has a bachelors in advertising from Michigan State University and went to Ogemaw Heights for schooling.
