Senior Director, Product Portfolio Management Office at RxBenefits

Jeffrey Jensen has extensive work experience in project management and leadership roles. Jeffrey is currently employed at RxBenefits, Inc. as the Manager of the Project Management Office. Prior to this, they worked at Medallia as a Senior Program Manager. Jeffrey also has previous experience at RxBenefits where they served as a Project Manager.

Before joining RxBenefits, Jeffrey worked at Children's of Alabama as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing large technology initiatives. Jeffrey was responsible for managing various aspects of projects, including creating deliverables, managing budgets, and providing leadership and mentorship to other project managers and managers.

Earlier in their career, Jeffrey worked at MCM Technology, where they served as the Senior Project Manager and Director of Client Services. Jeffrey designed the product and service delivery for the company's cloud-based software suite and implemented standardized project implementation methodologies. Jeffrey also worked as a Project Manager/Product Manager, overseeing software development projects and leading consulting efforts for business process improvement.

Jeffrey Jensen's career began as an ERP Systems Analyst and Business Analyst, where they constructed workflow charts, documented user requirements, and executed testing scripts.

Jeffrey Jensen completed their Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business at The University of Alabama in 2005. Following that, they pursued a Project Management Certificate Program at the University of Alabama at Birmingham's School of Business Executive Education, which they completed in 2011. In terms of additional certifications, Jeffrey obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in September 2018, the Certified Agile Leadership I (CAL) certification from the Scrum Alliance in August 2018, and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in August 2013.
