Khaliha Ladd, CPhT, HIA has a diverse work experience history. Khaliha began their career at Assurant Health, where they worked as a Customer Service Representative from 2005 to 2007 and later as a Senior Customer Service Representative from 2007 to 2008. At Assurant Health, they served as a Subject Matter Expert and assisted with research and follow-up for the Specialty Products line of business.

In 2009, Khaliha transitioned to the role of Health Investigator at Assurant Health, where they made outbound calls to applicants to obtain outstanding health information and maintained professionalism while discussing sensitive medical history. Khaliha remained in this role until 2011, during which they also worked as a Correspondent. As a Correspondent, they prepared essential documents for review by the grievance panel and ensured the availability of scanned documents for panel review.

From 2013 to 2015, Khaliha worked for AbbVie as an Insurance Analyst and PAP Patient Care Coordinator. In these roles, they communicated with insurance payers and providers to investigate pharmacy and medical benefits, determined patient financial responsibilities, and reviewed benefit verifications for reasonableness. Khaliha also educated patients on Abbvie's HUMIRA Patient Assistance Program and gathered missing information for eligibility review.

In 2018, Khaliha joined CastiaRx as an Account Manager, where they were responsible for managing client accounts. Khaliha maintained effective relationships with client contacts and ensured accurate and up-to-date client and account information in Sales Force.

Currently, Khaliha works as an Account Manager at RxBenefits, Inc. Khaliha serves as the lead contact and day-to-day administrator for assigned clients with SAE. Khaliha documents and maintains all client and account information in Sales Force and continues to maintain effective relationships with client contacts.

Khaliha Ladd, CPhT, HIA completed their education in 1999 at Marquette University, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. In addition to their degree, Khaliha also holds a Digital Badge in Account Management, which they obtained from Kennesaw State University - Michael J. Coles College of Business in October 2019.
