Kipzya Zlotkus

Kipzya Zlotkus has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. They started their career in 2005 as an Accounting Specialist at Surya Inc, where they created spreadsheets, interfaced with external factors for credit approval, and managed charge backs and short payments. They then transitioned to SkinMedica Inc., An Allergan Company, where they served as a Junior Buyer, negotiating with vendors, managing inventory and shipments, and maintaining vendor relationships. In 2009, they joined Covance as a Program Specialist, assisting with patient assistance programs, prior authorizations, and insurance verifications. Following that, they worked at MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. in various roles, including Customer Service Representative, Claims Processor, Prescription Drug Event Analyst, and Government Programs and Services Specialist. In these positions, Kipzya communicated CMS guidance changes to Marketplace Issuers, managed the Prescription Drug Event (PDE) file generation process, coded and processed claims, and educated members about medication coverage and benefit restrictions. Currently, Kipzya is employed at RxBenefits, Inc. as an Account Manager and a former Project Lead. In these roles, they serve as the primary lead on implementation projects for various pharmacy benefit managers, ensure adherence to department guidelines, manage project timelines, and develop implementation plans.

Kipzya Zlotkus completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA), Honors degree in Psychology from Arizona State University from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2015, they attended San Diego City College, where they studied Psychology. In 2008 and 2009, Kipzya attended UC San Diego Extended Studies to focus on Purchasing and Supply Management.
