Ulugbek Normatov

Ulugbek Normatov has over 14 years of experience in the software development industry, starting as a .Net Web Developer in 2007 at Tashkent University of Information Technologies. Ulugbek then worked at EXTRASOFTMEDIA as a .Net Web Developer, focusing on ASP.net development and programming. In 2009, they joined kpi.com - Finnet Limited as a Senior .Net/Java Developer, designing and developing software, systems, and websites while also leading teams and authoring modules. Ulugbek continued in this role until 2014, when they joined NTT America as a Senior Software Engineer, developing software, systems, and websites and working on teams and as an independent contributor. In 2016, they moved to TBC Corporation as a Senior Software Engineer, where they worked for over six years, before joining RXNT in 2023 as a Senior Software Engineer, where they currently work.

Ulugbek Normatov received their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Tashkent University of Information Technologies from 2005 to 2009. Ulugbek later pursued further education and earned their Master's Degree in Computer Science from Maharishi International University from 2014 to 2016.
