Evan Laskaris

Evan Laskaris is a seasoned operations executive with extensive experience in leading logistics and transportation functions across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at RXO since November 2022, Evan oversees a network with over $1.8 billion in freight under management and leads a team of more than 250 associates. Previously, Evan held several executive roles at XPO Logistics, including Vice President of Operations, Senior Director of Operations, and Program Director for Managed Transportation, playing key roles in managing substantial freight networks and fostering customer relationships. With a background that includes positions at Sears Holdings Corporation, Quad/Graphics, and AFN, Evan has demonstrated strong leadership in financial management and operational efficiency. Evan holds an MPA in Public Policy and Business Administration from the University of South Carolina and completed executive education at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
