Matthew Spencer

Matthew Spencer currently serves as Vice President of LTL Operations at RXO, a position held since November 2022. Prior to this role, Matthew Spencer had an extensive career at XPO Logistics, Inc., spanning over a decade and encompassing various leadership positions, including Senior Director and Director of LTL Operations within Freight Brokerage, as well as multiple managerial roles in service center operations. Matthew Spencer began the professional journey at XPO Logistics in 2005, progressing from Operations Supervisor to Office Manager. Matthew Spencer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising from Appalachian State University, obtained in 2004.
