Nick Niedzielski

Nick Niedzielski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and solutions engineering. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Solutions Engineering and Procurement at RXO since January 2022, Nick previously held multiple managerial roles at XPO Logistics, Inc. from May 2013 to January 2022, including Manager of Financial Settlements and Senior Site Manager. Early career experience includes positions as VP Operations at Affiliated Group and Director of Baseball Operations at Central Michigan University, along with internships and officiating roles in athletics. Nick holds an MBA from the University of Michigan-Flint and a BA in Sports Management from Central Michigan University.
