Richard Williams is a seasoned corporate recruiter with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as a Corporate Recruiter at RXO since November 2022, Richard previously held similar roles at XPO Logistics, Inc., and Business Control Systems, LP, where responsibilities included sourcing and recruiting technical talent. Prior to these positions, Richard managed operations at Rocky River Self Storage and developed expertise as an ammunition specialist and recruiter during service in the U.S. Army. Richard holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Northcentral University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Johnson C. Smith University.
