Jeff serves as the Human Resources leader bringing over 30 years of experience to the team. He has managed the HR function of a mid-size company, was the program lead for a training organization and has had leadership roles on various non-profit boards. His areas of expertise include: Organizational Development, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, and Culture Evolution.
Jeff has his PHR certification as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from West Virginia University and a Master’s Degree in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Jeff and his wife Ann reside in the college town of Athens, Ohio and have 2 children.
