Rebecca D'Eloia

Rebecca D'Eloia is an accomplished real estate development professional with extensive experience in high-profile projects. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of Development at RXR since August 2017, Rebecca previously held the role of Senior Vice President of Development at Forest City Ratner Companies from June 2005 to July 2017. Rebecca’s career also includes significant contributions as Project Manager for the Lincoln Center Development Project and as Project Manager in the Revenue Division of NYC Parks and Recreation Department. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Labor Relations from Cornell University, earned in 1998.
