Kristy Tupper

Kristy Tupper has a diverse work experience in various industries. Kristy is currently the Vice President of Product Launch Management at RxSense. Prior to that, they worked as a Co-Host and Program Development Team Member at Playaz Productions Network and as a Board Member at L+M Hospital Auxiliary. Kristy also served as the President and Board Member of Fresh Connections for Women, a business networking organization for women, and as a Chief Member at Chief, a private network for women leaders. In addition, they held the role of General Manager of Nuvolo SMB, overseeing all aspects of the SaaS offering. Earlier in their career, Kristy worked as a Director at Geneia, where they held various roles such as Director of Client Initiatives, Director of Business Services, Director of PMO, and Product Release/Process Development Manager. Kristy was also a Product Release Manager at EOK Technologies and a Senior Project Manager at Celerity for Highmark Blue Shield. Their experience also includes working as a Program Manager at Delta Dental. Throughout their career, Kristy has demonstrated expertise in project and program management, product release and change management, and organizational governance.

Kristy Tupper obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Economics/Finance, with a focus on music, from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania from 1991 to 1994. Kristy also earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Paralegal/Legal Office Administration from Pennsylvania College of Technology in 1987 and 1988. In 2014, Kristy obtained a Certificate of Completion in the Art of Business Modeling from CorpU. Additionally, they have acquired various certifications, including an Advanced Design Thinking Certificate from IDEO U in March 2021 and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in August 2012. Other certifications include Unconscious Bias, Storytelling for Influence, Unlocking Creativity, Foundations in Design Thinking, From Ideas to Action, and Insights for Innovation.
