Paul Dellorusso

Paul DelloRusso has a diverse work experience in the legal and compliance field. Paul currently holds the role of VP, Chief Compliance Officer at RxSense, starting in December 2020. Previously, they served as the Executive VP, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer at AppianRx, Southside Pharmacy from May 2018 to November 2020. Paul was responsible for establishing and overseeing legal and compliance programs for specialty pharmacy networks, infusion services, and patient support services. Prior to that, they worked as Counsel at Bass, Berry & Sims, providing legal guidance to pharmacy companies on contracting, regulatory, and operational matters from January 2017 to May 2018. Paul also worked as the Deputy Chief Compliance Officer at Omnicare Inc. from June 2013 to December 2015, leading compliance efforts for long-term care and specialty pharmacy businesses. Paul started their career as Assistant Counsel at Medco Health Solutions, Inc., where they served as regulatory counsel for Medicare Part D offerings from January 2001 to September 2012. Before that, they worked at law firms McCarter & English, LLP and Brach Eichler LLC as an Associate in health and hospital departments.

Paul DelloRusso received their Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Virginia in 1990. Paul later obtained their Juris Doctorate degree in Law from Rutgers Law School in 1996.
