Caroline Vaughn

Caroline Vaughn is the Vice President of Human Resources at RxSight. Caroline has over five years of experience in Human Resources, and has been with RxSight for two years. Prior to joining RxSight, Caroline worked at Alcon for five years, where they were a Human Resources Business Partner. In this role, Caroline was responsible for workforce planning and staffing, recruitment, succession planning, employee retention, employee relations, and HR department staff management. Caroline was also responsible for leading the annual merit increase process and other compensation adjustments. Additionally, they helped drive and support the organization culture focusing on innovation, results and teamwork. Caroline is a strategic thinker and excellent communicator, which has helped their be successful in their career in Human Resources.

Caroline Vaughn received their Bachelor of Business Administration from Brandman University in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. Caroline then went on to receive their Master of Business Administration - MBA from Brandman University in Organizational Leadership. Finally, they received their Diplome de Commerce from Gymnase Economique de Bienne in Business/Commerce, General.
