Emma Meinke

Emma Meinke possesses extensive experience in medical device project management and regulatory affairs. As Director of Product Strategy & Program Management at RxSight, Inc., from April 2019 to August 2024, Emma directed cross-disciplinary projects from concept through post-market surveillance and led the management team for project/program initiatives. Previously, as Senior Manager for Light Adjustable Lens Projects, Emma managed all aspects of the Light Adjustable Intraocular Lens projects, including design modifications and manufacturing process improvements. Prior experience includes roles as Project Manager and Chemical Engineer at Carl Zeiss Meditec AG, where Emma led product development projects and validated production processes, respectively. Emma began a professional career as an Undergraduate Researcher at Armani Research Group (USC) and briefly worked as a tutor in math and chemistry. Emma holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Southern California and a Certificate in Regulatory Affairs and Compliance from UC Irvine.
