Glen Rozich

Glen Rozich is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the ophthalmic medical device industry. Currently serving as Area Sales Director at RxSight, Inc. since April 2021, Glen has been instrumental in launching the world's first Light Adjustable IOL, managing diverse relationships with cataract and refractive surgeons, optometrists, and healthcare administrators. Prior to this role, Glen held multiple senior positions at Bausch + Lomb, including Area Sales Director and Regional Sales Director, where responsibilities included oversight of large sales teams and promotion of advanced ophthalmic surgical products. Earlier in the career, Glen worked as a Product Specialist Representative at ICU Medical, managing sales and business development for the Pacific Northwest's Hospital Division. Glen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science from Grand Valley State University.
