Miranda Rorer

Miranda Rorer began their work experience as a Human Resources Assistant at Stainless Direct in June 2014, where they worked until January 2016. Miranda then joined VITAS Healthcare as a Human Resources Coordinator in January 2016, staying with the company until July 2019. In July 2019, Miranda became a Human Resources Generalist at Sedgebrook, where they worked until February 2020. Miranda then joined Spark Hire, Inc. as a Human Resources Generalist in February 2020 and worked there until July 2021. Miranda's most recent position is as a Sr. People Operations Specialist at RxVantage, where they have been since July 2021.

Miranda Rorer holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication, General from North Central College. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, Human Resources: Leadership and Strategic Impact, Improving Employee Performance, and Talent Management from LinkedIn in November 2019.
