Willis S. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various sectors, including midstream, hydrogen, clean technology, and power transmission. Currently serving as a Senior Subject Matter Expert at RYAILITI LLC since 2023, Willis has also contributed as an Executive Consultant at ExecHQ® since 2021. As the CEO and Managing Partner of Technical Consulting International, LLC since 2003, Willis has demonstrated strong leadership and strategic insight. Previous roles include significant positions at Lucid Energy Group, Agave Energy Company, and Motor Coach Industries, where Willis honed expertise in large project management, financial planning and analysis, and marketing.
