Phil Reynolds

Phil Reynolds is an accomplished software engineering leader with extensive experience in developing and managing complex software solutions. Currently serving as Head of Software Engineering at Ryalto since April 2022, Phil led a significant transition to a modern monolithic architecture, facilitating a scalable application for 50,000 users. Previous roles include Lead Software Developer and Software Development Consultant at Swansea University, where Phil oversaw a team within the Legal Innovation Lab Wales. Additional experience encompasses cloud consulting at Mobilise Cloud, senior customer success roles at Veeqo, and community management at TechHub. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Swansea University, earned in 2017, and engages in adventure guiding part-time with Savage Adventures.
