Charles R. Eggert

Charles R. (Chas) Eggert is a seasoned executive with a diverse background in private equity, biotechnology, and corporate governance. They held various managerial and director roles at Monsanto from 1977 to 1987 before progressing to leadership positions at several companies, including as CEO of OPX Biotechnologies from 2008 to 2014 and President of Solvaira Specialties Inc. from 2016 to 2017. Currently, Eggert serves as a Board Director at RYAM and has been actively involved in multiple organizations, including as a Governance Fellow with the National Association of Corporate Directors since 2015. They are pursuing advanced degrees at the University of Minnesota and Washington University in St. Louis.
