Darlene Carson

Darlene Carson has a strong background in total rewards, benefits, compensation, and HR management. Darlene has held various leadership positions in different companies, including RYAM, Rayonier, Ruth's Hospitality Group, Inc., CWIBenefits, and Prudential Healthcare. In their most recent role at RYAM, they served as the Vice President Total Rewards. Prior to that, they were the Sr. Director and Global Total Rewards and Director of Benefits at the same company. Before joining RYAM, Darlene worked as the Manager of Health & Wellness at Rayonier and as the Senior Manager of Compensation & Benefits at Ruth's Hospitality Group, Inc. Darlene also has experience managing employee benefit plans and client services at CWIBenefits. Additionally, Darlene has a history with Prudential Healthcare, where they started their career and held a position as an Account Manager, Marketing, and Staff Supervisor. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in strategic partnership, team leadership, mergers and acquisitions, and program development and management.

Darlene Carson attended The American College of Financial Services and received education in Human Resources. Darlene also completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management at Almeda University. In terms of certifications, Darlene obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation from SHRM in March 2015. Additionally, they achieved the Compensation Management Specialist (CMS) certification from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) in 2009. In 2023, they obtained a certification in the "20 Habits of Executive Leadership" from LinkedIn.
