Brandon Brensing

Brandon Brensing serves as Senior Vice President of Multifamily Development at Ryan Companies US, Inc., since January 2021, bringing 15 years of extensive real estate experience. Previously, Brandon held the positions of Vice President of Real Estate Development and Managing Partner at Brensing Real Estate from April 2015 to December 2020, overseeing various investment and development projects totaling approximately 3 million square feet. Prior roles at Merrill Companies and McCullough Development, Inc. involved management and development responsibilities in large-scale lifestyle centers and multifamily leasing, respectively. Brandon holds a Master's degree in Landscape Architecture with a focus on Regional and Community Planning, Finance, and Real Estate Development from Kansas State University.
