Elizabeth Beam, SHRM-CP has held a variety of Human Resources roles throughout their career. In 2020, they began working as the Human Resources Director for Ryan Consulting Group, Inc. Prior to this, they were a Human Resources Business Partner at Kauffman Engineering (2018), Lead Recruiter at AppleTree Staffing (2016), HR Staffing Manager at Elwood Staffing Services, Inc. (2013), and DoD Special Projects at PINKERTON | Corporate Risk Management Services (2012).

Elizabeth Beam, SHRM-CP obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Video Game Design from the Academy of Art University between 2010 and 2015. Prior to this, they obtained an Associate's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the Indiana University School of Education - IUPUI between 2007 and 2009. In addition, they obtained their Certified Staffing Professional certification from the American Staffing Association in January 2014, and their SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in May 2022.
