Michael Prophet

Michael Prophet began their career in 2000 as a Senior Technology Coordinator at BKD, LLP, where they managed the IT operations and end-user support for 225+ users in the largest office of one of the biggest CPA firms in the United States. Michael also supported satellite offices in Bloomington, IN and Merrillville, IN. In 2010, they moved to Ryan Consulting Group, Inc. where they served as an Information Technology Program Manager, managing the daily IT operations of the US Customs and Border Protections, National Finance Center with a staff of ten personnel and over 700 users. Michael was also responsible for security related audits, and the development and maintenance of locally based applications. Additionally, they served as a Program Administrator and SQL Server DBA, acting as the central point of contact for all database and server administration in a 2 SAN environmental the US Customs and Border Protections, National Finance Center. Michael also performed day to day maintenance, ad hoc query development, diagnostics backups and end-user support. Finally, they served as a Field Technology Officer and Help Desk, part of the service team responsible for computer operations for the local office of the largest division of Homeland Security.

Michael Prophet obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University between 2009 and 2011. Michael also obtained a Microsoft Technology Associate: Windows Server Administration Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in August 2014, Become an Agile Project Manager certification from Lynda.com in September 2016, and Project Management Fundamentals (2011) certification from Lynda.com in February 2013.
