Matt McMaster

Matt McMaster is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations support, pastoral leadership, and grounds maintenance. Currently serving as Operations Support at Ryan Lawn & Tree since January 2022, Matt also holds the roles of Lead Pastor and Associate Pastor at The Family Room Omaha since June 2019. Prior to these positions, Matt worked at CM's Outdoor Solutions Group from March 2009 to January 2022, where responsibilities included supervising the Grounds Maintenance Division and overseeing lawn care operations. Matt's earlier experience includes serving as Purchasing Manager for Tighton Tools and Fasteners, Toolbarn.com, and ProperPet.com from April 2004 to March 2009, focusing on inventory control and vendor relations. Matt holds a BSBA in Small Business Management from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and has completed training as a Spiritual Director from the School of Spiritual Direction.
