Ashley Nicholas

Ashley Nicholas serves as Senior Corporate Counsel at Ryan Specialty, a position held since June 2019, following a tenure as Associate Corporate Counsel. Prior experience includes roles at PwC as an M&A Associate and Transfer Pricing Associate from August 2017 to June 2019, and as a Transfer Pricing Intern in summer 2016. Ashley also gained judicial experience as a Judicial Intern for the Hon. Elizabeth Allen White at the Los Angeles Superior Court in 2015. Further experience encompasses internships in sales and marketing at Shell and contracts at Boeing. Ashley holds a Juris Doctor from Notre Dame Law School (2014-2017) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and International Business from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (2011-2014).
