Howard Siegel

Howard Siegel has been President & CEO of Irwin Siegel Agency (ISA) since June of 2000. ISA is a leading provider of insurance and risk management solutions for Human and Social Service organizations. Howard was instrumental in introducing the first comprehensive insurance package for providers of services to people with developmental disabilities, an offering that remains a cornerstone of ISA’s programs.

Howard joined ISA in 1979 as a Personal Lines underwriter, advancing to Commercial Lines underwriter by 1984, and in 1994 was named Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.

Howard is a strong supporter of organizations that enhance human service programs. In 1994, he developed the Award for Improvement in the Quality of Life for People with Disabilities and has sponsored numerous awards in the human service field.

Howard serves on the board of Metro Community Health Centers in New York City and is the treasurer of the Sullivan County Industrial Development Agency. Howard is a past trustee of NYSARC Trusts and has served on the Advisory Board of Reaching Up, Inc.

Howard received his B.S. from Ithaca College and has a Property & Casualty license.
