Jeff Bruggema

Jeff Bruggema is a seasoned talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Supervisor and Senior Recruiter at Ryan Specialty since January 2023. With extensive experience in full-cycle recruiting across various technical fields including network infrastructure, security, and software engineering, Jeff has effectively collaborated with executive leadership to address recruiting needs. Prior to this role, Jeff held a Technical Recruiter position at Hagerty, supporting the IT organization and improving the interview process. Jeff's career began at TEKsystems, where responsibilities spanned technical account management and recruitment within an Agile environment. Additionally, Jeff has coaching experience, having served as a basketball coach at both Beal City High School and in an AAU program. Jeff earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Central Michigan University.
