Joanna started their career at Commonwealth Bank as a General Manager, Digital, where they oversaw the deployment of a biometric customer on-boarding solution for the bank's international business.
Joanna Rouse has a strong educational background in the field of psychology and human resource management. In 2019, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Organisational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2004, they pursued a Masters degree in Human Resource Management from Curtin University. In 1990, they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Sociology from Murdoch University.
