Caroline Dover Wilson is a highly experienced professional in historic preservation and tax credit management, currently serving as Manager and Senior Consultant for Historic Tax Credits at Ryan since February 2022. Prior to this role, Caroline worked as an Associate at MacRostie Historic Advisors LLC, managing historic tax credit applications and National Register of Historic Places nominations. Caroline's extensive background includes project management for federal grant funding as Project Manager at the Appalachian Council of Governments and founding Upstate Preservation Consultants to assist clients with preservation planning. Additional experience includes positions at the South Carolina Department of Archives and History, The Mountaineer Partnership, Woodstock Downtown Development Authority, and the Edmondston-Alston House. Caroline holds a Master of Fine Arts in Architectural History and Criticism from the Savannah College of Art and Design and a Bachelor’s Degree in Historic Preservation and Community Planning from the College of Charleston.
