Joseph Estabrook

Joseph Estabrook is a seasoned bioinformatics professional with extensive experience in managing data analysis, developing workflows, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in diverse research and clinical environments. Currently serving as a Senior Bioinformatics Engineer at RyboDyn Inc. since November 2024, Joseph previously worked at Bionano where responsibilities included managing OGM data analysis and developing integration solutions for high-performance computing. Prior roles include Computational Biologist at Oregon Health and Science University, where significant contributions were made in RNA-seq and transcription factor activity analyses, and Bioinformatician positions at MIT and the University of Florida, focusing on software development, research consulting, and education in bioinformatics. Joseph holds a Master's degree in Bioinformatics and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Oregon.
