Roberto Pallucchini

Roberto Pallucchini is an experienced IT System Engineer with a career spanning over three decades. Since January 2001, Roberto has been with APRA Informatica, focusing on technical assistance in both Microsoft and Linux environments. Prior to this, from 2003 to June 2011, Roberto served as a 2nd level service delivery professional at CNH Italia, providing client-side software support. Earlier roles include working as an IT System and Network Engineer at a computer firm from July 1990 to December 2000 and performing hardware maintenance at Tecneda srl from January 1989 to June 1990, where responsibilities included electronic repairs and developing test platforms for control devices. Education was obtained at SPR Marche from 1980 to 1985.
