Marco Weber

Marco Weber has a diverse work experience starting in 2005 with a manufacturing internship at Daimler Chrysler. Marco then had an internship at Mercedes-AMG GmbH in the Motor Manufacturing department. Following that, they interned at Siemens in the Automation and Drives department. Marco then worked as a student research assistant in two different departments at the Institut für Werkzeugmaschinen und Betriebswissenschaften, TU München. In 2012, they completed a Diploma Thesis at TUM CREATE. Marco joined Siemens again in 2014 through their Graduate Program and took on roles as a Bid Manager and in Product Lifecycle Management. In 2016, they worked as a Management Consultant and Project Manager at Siemens in the Business Development & Strategy department. In 2017, Marco began working at ryd as a Business Development Manager. From 2020 to 2021, they were the Head of Business Development ryd pay Europe, and from 2021 to present, they have been the Head of Partner Sales at ryd.
