Kayla Horn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in rental management and customer experience. Currently serving as a Senior Rental Manager at Ryder System, Inc. since July 2015, Kayla focuses on achieving revenue goals and enhancing customer retention through strategic marketing initiatives. Previously, as a Senior Rental Sales Representative, Kayla was responsible for revenue analysis and ensuring compliance with regulations for rental equipment. Prior experience includes a role as Guest Experience Manager at Fiesta Village Family Fun Center, where Kayla oversaw marketing and outside sales to attract new clients. Kayla holds certificates in High Performance Collaboration from Northwestern University and Leading Teams from the University of Michigan, complemented by a background that includes education from Colton High School.
